In the third to the last paragraph there is a typo: “…is legal in almost the entire the rest of the country.” The second “the” doesn’t belong there.

Portugal did not legalize drugs.
Drugs are still illegal.
Portugal decriminalized drug consumption.
In can consum it if it “rains”: you are not allowed to produce it, buy or sell.
No Victim, No Crime! Basically it is a crime against humanity that these power hungry, money making laws are in place! Yet the ones who force them commit the same so called crimes and get away with it. All they are doing is traumatizing innocent souls. They bring a great sadness to earth and have no conscious.
